Non-material variations and imperfections on the product specifications are unavoidable and shall not be a ground for a return or refund since all shoes sold by COGNAC LLC are handmade and custom-made for the Buyer.

Upon delivery of the shoes a Buyer is obliged to inspect the shoes for defects and conformity with the order. The Buyer is entitled to return the shoes in the event that the shoes are defective or otherwise not in conformity with the order within 30 days after delivery of the shoes and if the shoes were not used.
